'Legends of Sport'
Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of New Leaf Academy, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period: The competition begins on 05/07/2024 and ends on 14/01/2025. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: You will qualify for an entry into the draw by signing up and completing the 21/90 New Leaf Academy Programme.

4. Prize:​ A piece of artwork from the "Legends of Sport" artwork by Barry Novis, valued at over £10,000.

5. Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 17/01/2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

6. Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the competition, including having their name and likeness used in promotional materials by New Leaf Academy.

8. Data Protection: Any personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at here.

9. General Conditions: New Leaf Academy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
