In order to join the New Leaf Team, it was important for me to live and breathe the programme. After 12-weeks I lost 2.5stone and feel all the better for it. My relationships, work-life, and general happiness have been greatly improved by changing my mindset to wellness, nutrition, and fitness. It was tough at first...but it gets easier. I am now 1 month post the 21/90 Programme and have maintained all the healthy habits and continued to leave the bad ones behind... I truly feel this has changed my life and I can't wait to help others change theirs. Thank you NLA!
